How do I buy ETH?
The best way to purchase ETH is via Coinbase or a similar digital asset broker. ADULTEUM isn’t affiliated with Coinbase (and or ETHEREUM).
We’ve found them to be the easiest platform to use if you’re in one of the 33 countries in which they work. If you’re just signing up, you can use this exact link (will open in new window) to receive $10 worth of Bitcoin on Coinbase when you buy or sell $100 worth of digital currency or more, and if you use the code, we’ll receive that too, so thank you.
You might use CEX.IO
or, Binance, too..
These are all well established, big companies and give service for years, properly and kindly. We are also very happy with them.. However, some companies operate and give services in some countries, and some other may have different regulations, terms, applications on the similar buy/sell and or other activities.. So, the best is doing your own research for your own conditions but these three, what we have mentioned above are in general very fine for general use and majority of people..
VERY IMPORTANT: After you have / buy your ETH, Ethereum, you should transfer the part (or all, as you wish) to an ETHEREUM WALLET which can accept ERC20 Tokens (ADULTEUM is an ETHEREUM based, ERC20 Token, more Technical Information about it can be found here if you want to check), like MyEtherWallet
You need a token compatible wallet address: Coinbase, CEX.IO, Binance GDAX and/or Kraken (and other exchanges) wallets DON’T allow you to receive custom tokens like ADULTEUM, so you’ll need to create a wallet that does, using a tool like MyEtherWallet.
In the next step we will send from that wallet to ADULTEUM (ADULT) token smart contract ETHEREUM to get our ADULT tokens in return. They will come automatically TO THAT ETHEREUM supported wallet (NOT TO AN EXCHANGE like Coinbase, or CEX.IO or Binance.com Wallet!) Please be aware, this step is very important. YOU MUST USE AN ETHEREUM WALLET Like: MyEtherWallet (There are many more but we recommend this one as it´s very simple to use), check it on:
Read more about Ethereum Wallets on Google by searching “ethereum wallets” and or “best ethereum wallets” etc type of searches if you want to learn more and see alternatives..

Now that I have ETH (Ethereum), how do I buy ADULTEUM, ADULT Tokens?
Now that you have some ETH, you’ll need to send it to the unique address given here (opens in new window, adulteum.io web site at www.adulteum.io, always check the address line, it should be https://adulteum.io or https://www.adulteum.io) to buy whatever amount of ADULTEUM (ADULT tokens) you’d like.
Please note that you’ll need to deposit sufficient ETH to pay the gas costs for the transfer when you hit the ‘send’ button. This is a security measure we’ve taken – your deposit is made to a unique wallet, and is then sent to a second wallet when ‘sending’ is initiated – to make transactions less vulnerable to hackers. If your ETH balance is too low for the network to immediately make your transfer, it may not go through on your first attempt, but may be successful subsequently (though it could take days). This is the design of the Ethereum network and is outside of our control at ADULTEUM. To avoid failed or delayed transfers, it’s helpful to use a gas limit of 150,000 GWEI or so, and any unused ETH will be returned to you by the network upon transaction completion.
After your transaction is confirmed, you’ll see your ADULTEUM (ADULT) “amount” in your wallet in a few minutes. If you cannot see it, you may add “once” manually for the rest uses..
Not being able to see your ADULTEUM (ADULT) [ERC20 tokens] in MyEtherWallet (aka MEW) is not new a thing. We’ve all been there.
If you have such issue / cannot see ADULTEUM there, after your buying it, just follow these steps please,
- Go to www.myetherwallet.com
- Login and Unlock your wallet
- Go to the “View Wallet Info” tab
- Click “Add Custom Token” on the right-hand side under “token balances,”
- Now a custom token form will appear where you need to fill the contract address, the number of decimals, and the token symbol as provided by the token creators – which are, for ADULTEUM:
Contract Address :
Symbol : ADULT
Decimal : 18
- Lastly, click “Save” you tokens will be seen in MEW.
I have BTC, but not ETH. Can I use it to buy ADULTEUM (ADULT) Tokens?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently accept payments in Bitcoin. In order to buy ADULTEUM, you need to convert your BTC to ETH first, and then use those to buy ADULTEUM.
I have ETH Classic. Is it different from ETH? Can I use it to buy ADULTEUM?
ETH Classic is different from ETH. After Etherum’s hard fork due to the DAO Attack back in June 2016, some people decided to stick with the original chain and call it “Ethereum Classic.” Thus, ETH Classic is a different coin with a different blockchain. Unfortunately, we don’t accept ETH Classic.
I sent the ETH needed to make my purchase from my Ethereum Wallet (like MyEtherWallet) to the address published on www.adulteum.io already. How do I retrieve my tokens?
After you have made your puchase and your transaction has been confirmed, your tokens, your ADULTEUM (ADULT) amount will be sent to you automatically from ADULTEUM Smart Contract within minutes.
HOWEVER; be aware, minimum ETH would be accepted for the Smart Contract is 0.5, so you must send minimum 0.5 ETH to get any ADULTEUM
Any amount below 0.5 ETH will not be accepted (automatically)
Now that you have your tokens, there are a couple things you can do with them. For one, you can HODL *
Hodl (/ˈhɒdəl/ HOD-əl; often written HODL) is slang in the cryptocurrency community for holding the cryptocurrency rather than selling it. It originated in a December 2013 post on the Bitcoin Forum message board by an apparently inebriated user who posted with a typo in the subject, “I AM HODLING.” In 2017, Quartz listed it as one of the essential slang terms in Bitcoin culture, and described it as a stance, “to stay invested in bitcoin and not to capitulate in the face of plunging prices.” TheStreet.com referred to it as the “favorite mantra” of Bitcoin holders. Though originally used in relation to holding Bitcoin, it is now also used to describe holding other cryptocurrencies and tokens such as Ethereum.
Since entering the Bitcoin vernacular and that of other cryptocurrencies, HODL has become a backronym for “hold on for dear life”.
Additionally, you can use them on ADULTEUM sites, a few of them are here listed..
How much does an ADULTEUM (ADULT) Token cost?
You can use the calculator on adulteum.io to determine how many ADULTEUM Tokens to purchase at the current price.
